How many softgels are included?
One pouch contains 30 softgels. Follow the serving instructions and storage directions on your physical package.
Can I open the softgels or use them for cooking?
This product is a dietary supplement in softgel form, not a culinary cinnamon powder. Use it only as directed on the label.
