Shipping destinations and fulfillment
US orders are fulfilled through our California warehouse. International orders are fulfilled through our China operations center. We ship to destinations supported at checkout; availability may depend on local restrictions and carrier service.
Processing and delivery estimates
- United States: processing in 1–3 business days; estimated transit of 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Canada and Australia: processing within 3 business days; estimated transit of 7–15 business days after dispatch.
- Other supported destinations: processing within 3 business days; estimated transit of 7–20 business days after dispatch.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, holidays, customs clearance and carrier disruptions can extend delivery times.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is US$4.99. Orders of US$49 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Available shipping options and the applicable charge are shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking and delivery issues
After dispatch, we email your tracking details. Carrier updates may take 24–48 hours to appear. For a delayed, missing or damaged shipment, contact support@umipear.com with your order number so we can investigate.
International duties
International customers may need to pay destination-country import duties or taxes not included in the order total.

US fulfillment warehouse: 895 S Rockefeller Ave Unit 106, Ontario, CA 91761, United States. This is a fulfillment location, not our registered company address. Contact us before returning any item; follow the return address supplied with your authorization.
